F. Andrew Turley is a retired Air Force Major General and retired Senior Executive with the Department of Defense.
He served for more than 27 years in a wide variety of Active Duty and Reserve judge advocate (military lawyer) positions at the Wing, Major Command and Pentagon levels. His highest military award is the Distinguished Service Medal. In his parallel civilian career as government attorney, he held positions in a variety of federal agencies, including service as Acting General Counsel for Administration for the Executive Office of the President at the White House in the last two years of the Bush (43) Administration, General Counsel for the Joint IED Defeat Organization in the Department of Defense, and Deputy General Counsel for Fiscal, Ethics and Administrative Law for the Department of the Air Force. He is currently of counsel to the law firm of Fluet in McLean VA.
